• What form of payment do you accept for Scheduleflow?

  We accept credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, but we don’t accept Amex, PayPal, purchase orders, or checks.

• How often will I be billed?

  You’ll be billed 30 days after you start your paid subscription and every 30 days following. This gives you 6 weeks before you pay anything.

• Can I suspend technicians?

  Yes. From you settings page you can suspend or activate your technicians as you need. If you have people on leave or training you can suspend them and you don’t pay for the portion they are suspend.

• Can I add new technicians?

  You can add, delete or suspend technicians at any time.

• Can I download Scheduleflow?

  Not at this time. Scheduleflow’s field service management software is only available as an online service, which allows us to keep our prices low and make continual improvements to the software.

• Can I have a trial of Scheduleflow?

  Yes. All plans offer a 14 day FREE trial and on top of that a 90 day money back guarantee. Credit card details are required after 14 days. The credit card charge is post pay at the end of each month.
